I ordered a Playstation2, a copy of the Playstation2 game "Kingdom Hearts", a DVD copy of the movie "UHF" and a "Spyro The Dragon" collectors edition Playstation game set all in one day. Everything arrived slowly but surely except for my copy of "Kingdom Hearts", which I called and told them about, for which they set up a case for it, which is basically in my opinion a worthless way of saying "Don't expect a refund" because they are giiving me grief about getting a chargeback. I mailed their silly little form to them 8 days ago and have gotten no results.

To top it all off, I have called, been hung up on by their automated system, spoken to incompetent people who have no idea what they're talking about and even had one male customer care(more like customer abuse) person speak to me in a disinterested and flat voice as though I was stupid as he bocthed up my telephone number.

The same flat-voiced person told me to call back in a couple days (why, so I can sit on the phone on hold for 15 more minutes, only to learn nothing yet again?) after I informed him that I was tired of waiting for some kind of action and that it was getting old and I wanted results.

I used my grandmother's credit card as I do not have one myself and she and I now plan to contact the credit card company so that they can refuse payment on the nonexistent item and keep us from paying for an item we did not recieve.

Also, there is no record of my calls to them at their headquarters and they are so disorganized it's unreal. I wait 10-15 minutes at a time sometimes to speak to someone and find out nothing.

I have insofar been offered no apology or compensation for my trouble and time and don't think I will, but the fact still remains that they need to give us a refund and an apology or I will continue to boycott as I have been pretty much doing since it happened.

I know I probably forgot something, but for the most part this is what happened and my story and I'm sticking to it, no matter what any Best Buy workers may come on here and say.

I may have gotten a bit snippy here and there, but wouldn't you after all this? I am trying to hold my temper when I call but it is very very hard when you deal with ignorant people. So far I'm doing pretty well but I don't know hos much longer I can do so.

In closing, BestBuy.Com becomss more and more incompetent every year and I am never shopping with them ever again and urge other people to do the same.

Best Buy, you're going down for this!
