I ordered dog collars from this compant on march 4 2015. I have not recieved them.

I have sent over 20 emails, and voice mails. all I recieve back is a prerecorded statement, that they are reviewing the request and will get back to me..

I have been told by e-mail only,  the shipping company messed up and I would recieve them in 4 weeks...as you can see . its been over 8 weeks..now I only get the prrecorded message...

 $7.95,,,$9.95...and $ 29.95 was taken from my count..i only authorized the 7.95..  the 29.95 ammount was returned...

 I have made a fraud claim with my bank.. on the two ammounts that were taken and not returned. 

I have saved all the emails and phone mssages I have sent..and will be glad to share those with you ..

May 22 at 4:15 PM hi gracie.....I feel we should know each other by now.....I an still playing YOUR game....but feel somehow the rules keep changing in your favor.....I just cant wait to hear what the next reason that my dog collars are    STILL    not here,,,but you STILL have my money.....it has now been far too long ....just wondering which planet the shipper is on?  you .told me by this week I would receive them.....guess what?    THEY ARE NOT HERE.....oh you probably  knew that already....so please don't keep me in suspense  any longer.....and really what is your company wanting to do,,,to keep a game player like me(  I have been playing so far) happy and not tell friends how long the game goes?   looking forward to hearing from you....your friend and game partner,,,,,debbie
