Bestpricecamera False advertisment, tried to bait and switch, refused to notify my bank of order cancelation, collected my money but didnt ship item C internet
Bestpricecamera tried to change the product offer and seek additional monies for items included with porduct offer. When I cancealed the order they tried to collect a cancellation fee. When I treaten to report them they canceled the order but refused to call my bank to athorize the cancellation.
The bank had no choice under their policy but to release the payment. I currently have a disspute on file with my bank to recover the funds paid to Bestpricecamera in the amount of $999.96. Because of the release of my funds I incurred overdraft fees in the amount of 96. dollars. I'm willing to parsipitate in a class action suit or any action ( petetion the state to revoke thier license)that will put they guys out of business.
