I was sold a vehicle with dangerous health and safety issues. There is something causing the cab to fill with exhaust fumes, enough to set of a CO2 alarm in less than a minute. The rear brakes were also defective, one pad was missing and the caliper was seized. I was not aware how bad the exhaust problem was until my wife drove in it and after 5 minutes had an asthma attack. I have spent a few hundred dollars trying to fix the problems but the exhaust issue still exists. I think the dealership must of known there was issues with this truck because they would not even come close to letting me get a different truck. The Sales Manager, Scott Martin acknowledged the problem excists but upper management refused to fairly remedy the problem.

Did the exhaust fumes fill the cab during the test-drive? How did the brakes perform during that test-drive?
What are the terms of the written warranty?

What's that? No warranty? Then you bought it "AS IS".
