I agree with you 100% and understand exactly what you are going through as I am having problems with Beyond Fitness as well. I had a six month contract three days a week with a branch of Beyond Fitness in the miami area that they have failed to complete. They were an independent contractor using the Livingwell Lady gym space and were replaced by another non-independent fitness company since the gym has been receiving many complaints about them. They have taken my money, over $1,500 in cash and have failed to give me all of my sessions which they promised they would do. Also, I experienced similar problems as you with the inconsistent trainers and managers. I started off in a contract with one trainer (the manager) and after a week of training was put with a new trainer. About a month later, my trainer left and I was promised another one by a new manager after the old one was fired. I now have no idea what has happened to this company and if it is still in existence. I was told by an ex-employee of Beyond Fitness that their contracts were not being regulated by the state as required and the company is now in dispute. This company is a big scam and apparently there are many other clients out there who have been defrauded. What advice, if any, do you have to give me since it appears that you experienced your problem over a year ago? Thank you.
