BG Boards offers the best deals on "Stop-N-Go" Cornhole bags. Their website is very well made and user friendly. Placed order 6/13, confirmation says they will ship within 5 bus days. No problem right?
Two full weeks later, BG Boards hasn't shipped my order, they haven't bothered to reply to multiple emails (the support email on their website is no longer valid), requests for call back on their website, no reply to multiple voicemails at various phone numbers. The only reply to multiple texts to 440-879-8780 was that "We'll look in to this" "I'm so sorry" "You'll love these bags" etc.
I'm sorry too, you can't run your business like you say you do. Good news spreads fast, Bad news spreads faster. I won't be ordering from you and neither will 50 of my league friends. Anyone reading this and thinking of ordering anything from BGBoards... think again.
The least you can do is take time to reply to your customers.
