I already filed a complaint with the BBB NY, and B&H Photo never responded.

I ordered the product online on March 13, 2013. It was never delivered to my address, even as of July 8, 2013. I had paid in full at the time. (Product: + Shipping to Saudi Arabia ). Invoice # 1024717751.

I ordered from B&H Photo in the past, and products were delivered to me in Saudi Arabia, and the United States, therefore I assumed my money was safe. On July 8th I asked for a refund for the full amount due to their non delivery, and negligence in handling my order. The Drop Ship rep agreed to the refund. He later said I would get the refund for the product, and NOT for "services & duties". I received my refund for the product to my credit card for JUST the product.

I have complained several times to the refund the full amount Customer Service and Drop Ship Team Head over the phone, but have no further response. Why am I being charged for a service I never received? Delivery was never made. There is no proof that I have received the product, and refused delivery.

B&H Photo simply does not care, once they get their money. Very unethical, avoid like the plague.

My last option is to take them to small claims court, with an easy victory, when I swing by NYC. I am willing to do this even though it will cost me as much as I am owed, but at least I can publicize the scam.

I apologize for using complicated language in my initial report. It's obvious English is not your first language from your odd grammar and misspelled words., even though you are working for an American company, inside the U.S. I will break it down in terms you will understand:

MY BBB report was absolutely correct, and will be more publicized from now on.

I asked again, and again, for a tracking number. Has anyone provided me one, even by you, till today?

Answer is NO. That is because it was never shipped.

Also I am not sure what you said, but I am assuming you said the address was incorrect?

Did your magic ball tell you this? or Do you have any document to prove that I made a mistake in entering an address for a US$1,154 order? 

Are you sure the street name, and phone numbers are exactly the same on the printed shipping bill, and the order history details on the website? Study it carefully. If you still don't see it, don't be disappointed; I'm sure the legal authorities will see it.

I checked the address, roughly say, 50 times, before hitting the submit order, and afterwards, and am currently living here. I also decided I will place another order, from a non-theiving store, and get it delivered to the same address, and will post that tracking number / airway bill to ripoff report to conclude this nonsense.

This complaint raises more than one issue. First, we never replied to this BBB complaint because it was filed against "Online Electronic Store,” not against B&H Photo. I phoned the BBB rep whose name is on the report and he said until I called him he had no idea this complaint had anything to do with us.

This order was processed and shipped to the address the customer supplid when he placed the order. unfortunately it was apparently entered inaccurately and the order returned to us. B&H paid shipping from NY to Saudi Arabia and then paid return shipping back to NY plus import fees.

When we received the returned package we issued a refund for the full value of the merchandise. The customer now seeks an additional refund for shipping fees despite the fact we incurred substantial shpping costs due to the customer no-doubt inadvertent error in entering his ship-to data when placing this order. The customer believes he is entitedl to this additional refund. We believe he is not.
