B.I.A.G And TCI International Transport And Packagaging Secure Express/Capital Leons sent letter stating I won a prize, and to send $$ in 8 days for insurance.. looked up on Swiss site, those who tried this got ripped off. Lausanne Switzerland
I received a letter stating there was a prize waiting for me worth over $600 in cash value, and all I had to do was send a check for $24.99 for insurance. I looked for phone and email communication on the letter so I could call and get more information, and no other contact info was listed. I went to a swiss website to find out any other information, and saw many many entries from people who have been ripped off by this company. They are using the names B.I.A.G (Intnational Bureau for Prize Distibution), and the name T.C.I. (International trasport and packaging secure express service) is also all over the letter I received. The return envelope is addressed;
