Bidrack Scam - Rip Off -- Products never sent and Bidrack refuses to refund any $ Internet
I am another victim of Bidrack. I have lost $86 to them. I have now waited 2 1/2 months and the products won through their auctions have never been sent. I have contacted their customer service 6 times via email, and was advised not to send in another complaint.
I have spoken to them by phone twice, with the second call advised to fill out a refund request and I would receive a refund. The request forms were sent, I spent an hour completing, to receive the following day an email advising they do not send refunds - against company policy.
And, to top it off, they would credit my account with 100 bidding points per refund reqeust.
Well, here it is a week later, now almost 3 months, no products have been sent and no extra bids added to account.
Stay away from this site.
