Bidwell Hair Cottage The owner has absolutely no integrity, decency, or humanity, in addition to being absolutely irresponsible. We called over two weeks ago to ask if we needed an appointment for a shampoo and cut. I specifically asked, on the phone, for a call back if we needed an appointment. Naturally, after a lengthy drive we arrived, only to be told that we did need an appointment. The owner apologized for not returning our call, only to tell us that she couldn't spare 15 minutes of her time to do the right thing and give my mother a haircut, only to be told that she couldn't Owner make a mistake about our appointment, then refused to cut our hair because it was her lunch time.
