Bidz.com states that if their jewelry is not as described you will get 100% back. Baloney!!! I took each piece I bought to my jeweler. He said the quality of the stones and the settings were very poor, in fact they could break. I had him write this down in a letter to Bidz. Not only did they ignor the letter, they took off 25% because I had the audacity to argue with them. They have a flunky there named Mercurio who makes deals with you...to get you off their back. I was so incensed I called my credit card company right away and sent them the copy of the letter. Bidz decided to give me a partial refund-which I am fighting, through Paypal, who took a $5.95 fee as well. So, for a $125 ring, I got $82.00 back!!! Never ever deal with this company!!!

Just to add on to my first report- Bidz.com was sent a letter by my jeweler stating that the items were not as described, that the stone setting was poor,(a stone fell out as he was examining a piece),the stones were a very low grade and the jewelry appraisals were a joke. I put every item into dispute and I sent a copy of my jewelers letter to both Bidz and Chase. I now intend to copy some of these complaints and send them to the credit card company as well!!!! They have not heard the last of me.
