6-2004 we won a bid on a necklace. We paid right then as well as ins. What we got for our over $1,000.00 was a necklace in 3 pieces. It took over a week for them to send return information.Which listed nothing but it's return. And as it was said to be the only one and new we were paying for we asked for refund.

We got a refund of $831.10 and told they took 15% for a restocking fee. That they would contact Fedx for refund which should that 2 weeks to come to us.

Now they refuse to answer e-mails on where the refund is at and they have posted that it was broken by customer.

It came in broken at the box clamps that was to hold it in place. They say couldn't happen. I say it was junk made or handled badly in packing.

It is clear they are liars as we did not break it and fair to say cheats or thieves as the money has not been returned and they repeatedly refuse to answer on where it is even now over a year later.

So much for the 100% Risk Free Auction Guarantee then put in writting
