I am at my wits end with this company! After I called them to verify my address, they sent out my 2 packages. The first one went to my address the second went I dont know where. I called several times as christmas got closer and closer only to have the customer service department state I had to file a claim with them which they would sent out right away via email.

To this day I have never received an email from Bidz.com. I called them back to tell them as much and they hung up on me (several times). I went to Paypal and filed an item dispute with them hoping for results. A woman named Myra (the head of Customer service) called me back to say they would do nothing to help me until I closed the dispute via Paypal. Being naive I closed the dispute.

It has now been 4 months and I am being told I had several disputes opened with Paypal which anyone knows you simply cannot have more than one dispute opened for the same item. I have been hung up on by Myra, threatened by Juan and basically called a liar and thief by the general staff.

On top of losing my money, not having Christmas presents for my family and the aggravation of this situation I found out the initial jewelery I received was fake. How can a company get away with this and still be in business??? I have seen alot of complaints about this company. If there is a lawyer out there willing to take the case I would love to file a class action lawsuit and get them closed down!!

Im not sure exactly what Bidz.com is but afrter checking out the site for a bit it seems like a "ebay" type site. in that case i believe that its the individual seller who shipped to the wrong address or never shipped at all is at fault same case in the fake jewelry. I think the claims made by the seller is their sole responsibility. Also maybe the stuff that you've never recieved could be the post office of fedex, ups etc. they may have lost it. I really feel bad for you, i cant stand people who are dishonest and ruin times like christmas which should be for created memories and happiness. Good luck, Allen
