We stand stand behind all of our advertising and procedures. We try our best to provide the best in customer care. Bidz does not lie to make a sale. We provide accurate information. All items are to be as described. If a customer receives an item that is not as described, the customer may return it for a refund. Customers are able to return item even if they are not pleased with their merchandise. Some restrictions do apply. Our items are not altered. As stated previously our items are as described, but like any other company our system may experience a glitch every once in a while as me may run updates.
