I live in a sober living house with a few other people. We all saw a commercial for Big Fish Casino and decided to open up an account. We have all had account since last year and a few weeks ago I finally hit it BIG. I won like $90M on the Pharoah's Flame slot and started playing blackjack in the Million dollar room. I accumulated a lot of chips and then when back to slots. I got a lot of gold in Pharoah's Flame and all of a sudden the friend requests and the silly gifts came out of the woodwork! I was tired of leaving a room each time I got asked for gold so I gave a lot of gold away to randoms and a few friends just so they would stop harassing me. I played Fate's Fortune and won like 4k in tickets. I got up to $2.8B in chips playing $50M hands in blackjack and then went on a HORRID losing streak. I lost like 28 out of 30 hands as the dealer hit on 20 or 21 in all those hands. Riiiiight. Nonetheless I continued to play and gave gold to people who gave me silly gifts (drinks, toys, stuffed animals). I logged in on June 25th 2015 as was told my account was banned due to "Unusual Activity". I asked some of my roommates if they had ever seen this error message and they said they got the same thing too. I wrote an e-mail to big fish customer service and they basically replied with, "Yes, I can verify that your account is banned and our decision is final. Any email reply regarding your banned account will be ignored." Wait.....huh?!?! The e-mail was from their BILLING department, not customer service. I'm assuming that billing was upset that I had $1.5B in chips, 72K gold bars, and 4.17k tickets and never spent a dime. Well SORRY BUT I WON THEM FAIR AND SQUARE. I did nothing illegal. Am I supposed to hoard my gold like these other billionaired who have over 1 million gold bars? Am I supposed to sell them on PayPal like other players brag about in chat rooms? No. I gave gold to beggars and now got my account shut down. My roommates did too. They said they had a small amount of chips in their accounts but since we all live in the same house, I assume Big Fish tried to "play detective" in their heads and trace the IP address. Well DUH IT'S THE SAME COMPUTER. I have no problem lawyering up and suing Big Fish for the same amount that that they sell gold and chips for regarding my $1.5B chips and my $72k in gold. There are no prices for tickets but I am sure my 4.17k in tickets has a price tag. Shame on Big Fish for not telling me what this "Unusual Activity" was and banning me for winning too much money. If it wasn't for their commercial I would never have signed up for a "free account". I compare this to a poor man with $19 in his bacnk account and then hitting the lottery and depositing $50M in his acct and the bank calling the IRS and police for this "Unusual Activity." If the email came from customer service with an explanation instead of billing, I'd have more clarity. But it seems to me that billing is upset that I didn't pay real money to buy their "fake money." What a horrible way to treat their players. Joke is on you Big Fish because I WILL see you in court!
