Big Fish Casino uses fraudulent tactics to scam people out of money - yes money.  They claim to be a free to play online casino, but Bloomberg reports a 300 million dollar profit last quarter.  People get hooked on their games, buy chips and lose, partly due to fraudulent tactics.  Many of their slots are in "split pot rooms", where once a pot breaks chips are rewarded to all players or players who earn a scatter.  Their scam and a result of a lot of negativity amongst members involves what players call "one-liners", people who bet one line versus the normal nine found in most games.  What Big Fish does is they allow these people who bet oine line to obtain a scatter (which adds to amount in pot to be split) even though the one line bet gets scatters on ANY OF THE NINE LINES.  When you bet one line, you get paid for one line period - but not by Big Fish.  They do this practice as the one liners bet drastically lowers the split pot, meaning less Big Fish pays out.  While this upsets the rest of the players, it's not about being upset - it's about FRAUD.  People betting and paying for a nine line bet get the same priviledge of getting a "scatter" the same as a one liner.  Please tell me how, in any casino game that you bet ONE LINE and can obtain the main prize - a scatter - using ALL NINE LINES?   The integrity and honesty of their gaming is gone by using this tactic and results in paying customers losing a lot of money.  There should be a major investigation into what goes on at this company and their fraudulent payoffs.  People have told me in chat that they PAY $12K - $37K a year to play these FREE games.  When I questioned Big Fish about this, their answer was to delete me to prevent me from commenting more.  This is FRAUD and as a former Administrative Law judge, I know the definition of fraud.  I even believe the people who pay to play (yes, their answer will be you are not forced to pay, but I would bet 50% of the players are paying customers) should file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT and stop them from continuing their fraudulent tactics.  Thank you for listening to me.

Clarification

Just want to clarify report - in these split pot fraudulent games, what "bursts" the pot are "scatters" and to get a scatter one must get THREE scatters in one spin.  Big Fish allows scatters for people betting ONE LINE but using ALL NINE LINES to obtain a scatter.  If they did what they are supposed to - you bet ONE LINE, you receive back your ONE LINE, the odds to get a "scatter" on this one line would be astronomical.  By allowing the ONE LINE bettors to scatter using nine SIGNIFICANTLY lowers the pot split payoff for the people who bet nine lines.  Again, this is absolute FRAUD and this practice should be fixed, a Class ACTION SUIT filed and this game shut down in the meantime.  I will let everyone I can know about this.
