This company is suppose to be a wholesale company. They were suppose to send materials for on how to buy wholesale merchandise. They were suppose to send materials on where to buy and sell this merchandise dirt cheap. I used paypal to pay for this. I was charged $37.00 and $11.97 for shipping and handling. I order the kit on July 16/08 and waited and waited. Had no way of contacting this company. The only phone number they had listed was for ording only. Alot of help that was. I filed a report with paypal. They were no help what so ever. Jims Wholesale notifly paypay that the kit had been sent out in August 12/08 and gave them a tracking number. That was enough for paypal and denied my claim. What I received was a small box with welcome letter and cheap necklace and bracelet. Which was worth about a dollar. So instead of getting my kit to make money, all I got was grab bag so speaking. There is also another site that is working with Big Jim's Wholesale and that one is A 2 Z Importers. After waiting I started doing some checking with the BBB in texas. They have some bad reports on them. They also have a Palladium Membership which I order. On that page it stated that I would have until midnight that day to save money on that kit. Well come to find out they run that same site day after day stating that you have till midnight for that day to save money. They just change the date on that website every day. I will not use paypal again to purchase kits. I have swithed over to alertpay. So buyers beware. Thank you for your time. Signed It can only happen to me.

Richard obviously didn't read the sales letter for our Palladium Club. I'll give a brief explanation. In the salesletter it stated that you would receive a "Welcome Kit" which would contain your welcome letter that gave you your URL to our members area, passwords, discount codes and the downloadable ebooks. Did you read the letter?? We still to this day sell 50 memberships a month and MOST people understand how to use. So if you received all of this...which you stated you did...you have no right to say we "ripped" you off. You got what you purchased and either tried to decieve us for a refund (which also states on the sales letter no refunds after purchase b/c you will have all of the information like passwords etc...) or plain didn't read the sales copy and your welcome letter. It's unfortunate that on occassion I read a complaint here or there but I guess looking at the grand scheme of things we process over 3,000 orders monthly and have done so for over a year. To have just a few complaints on 40,000 plus customers I guess isn't all that bad. My biggest issue is when a customer doesn't read something correctly or incorrectly orders something and then turn around and blame the company. I've been in this business for over 8 yrs and have thousands of happy customers. Keep in mind as well I am not perfect and do not know anyone that is..including Richard. We do the best we can to serve our customers. Richard, next time take some time and actually read the sales copy and pay attention to what you do receive and you would have been happy.
