Richard obviously didn't read the sales letter for our Palladium Club. I'll give a brief explanation. In the salesletter it stated that you would receive a "Welcome Kit" which would contain your welcome letter that gave you your URL to our members area, passwords, discount codes and the downloadable ebooks. Did you read the letter?? We still to this day sell 50 memberships a month and MOST people understand how to use. So if you received all of this...which you stated you did...you have no right to say we "ripped" you off. You got what you purchased and either tried to decieve us for a refund (which also states on the sales letter no refunds after purchase b/c you will have all of the information like passwords etc...) or plain didn't read the sales copy and your welcome letter. It's unfortunate that on occassion I read a complaint here or there but I guess looking at the grand scheme of things we process over 3,000 orders monthly and have done so for over a year. To have just a few complaints on 40,000 plus customers I guess isn't all that bad. My biggest issue is when a customer doesn't read something correctly or incorrectly orders something and then turn around and blame the company. I've been in this business for over 8 yrs and have thousands of happy customers. Keep in mind as well I am not perfect and do not know anyone that is..including Richard. We do the best we can to serve our customers. Richard, next time take some time and actually read the sales copy and pay attention to what you do receive and you would have been happy.
