Big O Tires Slim balls Sad, incompetent organization Conifer Colorado
Let me tell you that this place "Big O Tires" in Conifer is ran by a bunch of crooked, rip off, incompetent, slim balls. They're ripping off our little community up here. I went to get an alignment on my brand new truck and they tried to tell me that I needed $500 in repair work before I could get it aligned. Instead of taking their advice, I took my vehicle over to L****** A********* in Conifer for a second opinion. I looked at my front end with them and determined that there was zero issues. Chris at L******* "He is awesome" took it to G***** A********* for me, for an alignment and it was in specs without need of any adjustments. There are no options in the mountains for tires. People that have lived here for years usually like to give the locals their hard earned money instead of traveling down the mountain for tires and repair work.
I'm trying to get out a warning to people because this is not the first time they've ripped us off. My mother took her jeep in and they broke 3 out of 4 tire sensors and told her it wasn't them. After she got it home, we found out that 3 out of 4 brand new tires had leaks. (Which they wouldn't repair without more money) We had to pay for their mistakes after spending $1500 for new tires. And also I heard countless complaints from people that live up here and i could literally make a whole book about peoples tires falling off, missing hub caps, cross threaded lug nuts and so much more. I'm really really surprised that they are even still in business. So your options, if you choose to accept, M***** O** which is now ran by really sweet local people offer tires cheaper than Big O and balance tires, L******* A********* is really excellent and they offer tires and balance as well. G**** A********* does Diesel smogs, alignments, repairs, and so forth. Please do not give Big O any more money. They need to be bought out or kicked out of our community, and I'm sure I speak for countless people up here.
