Big O Tires Pleasant Hill Big O ruined my shocks and no reply from the Corporate office Pleasant Hill California
I brought my truck in to have them install my new shocks. I specifically requested that they save the old shocks for me because they were still good, and I wanted to use them on another truck. They specified my request on the work order. When I picked up my truck, I had to ask for my old shocks. When they brought them up top the counter, they were damaged beyond repair- they bent the tubes so the shocks could not compress.
I emailed the corporate office twice about this and did not recieve a reply. You would think I would have at least received a reply stating they were checking into this. Needless to say, it appears the Big O corporation does not care about their customers. I didn't bother going back to the shop to speak with the owner. I find it best to go right to the top. Too bad "the top" can't even return an email.
