Big Potential Wave Therapy for Men Not honoring 50 day refund not listed New Jersey
I'm in my late 60's and suffer from ED. Doing some research, I came across a website called bigpotentialwave.com, promising a device that would help cure my condition. Wanting to satisfy my wife, I ordered, their device and have used it as instructed. They offered a 50 day money back if not satisfied guarantee. The item cost over $1,000.00 which is $2,000.00 cheaper than going to a doctor's office, but after 3 weeks, I ran out of gel.
I emailed them to ask for more gel and got no reply. I finally ordered gel off of Amazon and continued my treatment. After 7 weeks of using this device, I sent another request to them for a refund, again, no response. As of today, I have sent numerous emails to [email protected] asking for a refund and have not gotten any response.
Oh, btw, I found the device on Amazon that they charged me over a thousand dollars for more than half the price. Buyer beware!!!
