bigredwire would like to help the member who has posted this complaint above however there is no account or personal information included so i can not investigate and provide an appropriate answer. at this point in time i would like to address the $10 charge that this member was referring to. it is the members responsibility to maintain valid credit card information with bigredwire to enjoy the services of our community. a $10 fee is assessed on members accounts when the registered credit card is declined. this $10 covers credit card processing fees so the entire bigredwire community does not suffer for this charge. bigredwire understands that members do forget to update credit card expiry dates etc, so we work to be as lenient as possible and very often we credit the $10 to back to the members account once the credit card has been updated and approved by the bank. i am happy to research this further and provide a resolution if the member above would like to contact me on [email protected] regards amy bigredwire member support
