I was also a victim of Gene Orico and Bill V Ison. There has been no real explanation as to why Bill Ison has not returned our funds nor where our funds are. Bill Ison has made several excuses as to why funds have not been paid and they all have been lies. This transaction was represented as a no risk program and the funds were supposed to be backed by an MTN. BILL ISON, Gene Orico and Blue Diamond Excavation need to be held accountable for their actions. Gene Orico only sends out threats which state if we take action against him or Bill Ison he will send a friend of his from the NSA and CIA to "take care of me". These guys need to be stopped.
