Bill's Birds KMRA Enterprises Inc. Scammed me out of $5000!! Davie Florida

On February 22, 2016, I sent an international bank wire transfer from Taiwan of $5,000.00usd to KMRA Enterprises Inc. (also known as Bill's Birds) of Davie Florida USA. I was in correspondence with Mr. Nathan Kalichman via Facebook Messenger who confirmed receipt of the funds on February 23, 2016.
The $5,000.00 deposit was to be applied towards the purchase of twenty four exotic parrots. The list of birds consisted of 6 Yellow-Crowned Amazons (Amazona ochrocephala), 10 Double Yellow Headed Amazons (Amazona oratrix), 6 Blue and Gold Macaws (Ara ararauna) and 2 Scarlet Macaws (Ara macao).
Today is February 23, 2017 and yesterday marked a full year since the funds were transferred to KMRA Enterprises Inc. aka Bill's Birds. I have not received any exotic parrots as per the agreement. Mr. Kalichman has blocked me from his Facebook account and refuses to take my phone calls.
Upon further research, it turns out that Double Yellow Headed Amazons are considered Endangered Species and are illegal to export or import. I am assuming that once Mr. Kalichman realized it would be impossible to export the majority of the exotic parrots to me, he decided to keep my money anyways.
As a resolution, I just want my $5,000.00 to be refunded right away. Mr. Kalichman gave me multiple excuses after excuses before cutting off communications which is unprofessional and unethical, not to mention theft.
