WE DID GAVE THEM $2000 ON APRIL 2010 FOR LOAN REDUCTION PROGRAM THEY WILL PROMMISE THAT THEY WILL PAY OFF YOUR LOAN BUT THE ONLY THING THEY ARE DOING IS TRYING TO GET YOUR HOME FREE AND CLEAR, OFFCOURSE THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO DO THAT AND YOU WILL LOSE $1000 PER LOAN
AS OF TODAY FEB 2011 WE CANNOT GET REFUND, BEWARE SCAM

I have a friend who was involved in this program because of B of A was foreclosing and, after about 2 years of processing, got the loan transferred to Alan Tikal's group. My friend no longer is in debt to Bank of America because Tikal's group bought out the loan. Public records state that, as well. I believe my friend makes their first payment to Tikal's group in February 2012.
