I placed an order for a watch in November 2018 and never received. My credit card was charged immediately. Numerous attempts were made to contact company with no results. You can never actually reach anyone on phone and if it does go to voice mail, which I left many, you get no return calls.
I sent numerous emails and would get automated reply that they received email, and then one that item was sent with tracking number that was non existent. This is a huge fraud and is upsetting that I used my hard earned dollars, only to be stolen from.
