There is more information on this business if you search this sight under David or Dave Riley, Robert or Rob Ritch, Paladin Global Holdings, Gatekeeper, and more.

This business was listed as a business broker on bizbuysell.com under Tarrant County, Texas in 10/07 and is no longer listed there. I bought a business through broker David Riley - Biz Life Resources, and the seller was Robert Ritch. They did not inform me that Robert Ritch was a broker selling his own business which was just a scam. I was never able to start the business, train or anything. After 02/08 Robert Ritch stops responding and David Riley never responded at all, and kept the proceeds from the sale of course. The domain and website that were part of the sale were expired before the sale.

A few months after the sale, Robert Ritch lists the same business for sale again on Biz Life Resources and bizbuysell.com. I mentioned to him and bizbuysell and a couple of days later the listing and several other listings are no longer there, so it seemed to be a scam to sell the same business over and over.

There are many complaints out there from people who have been unlucky and done business with them and lost money. They use different names, addresses and phone numbers.

I sold a very profitable internet business. I traveled from TN to NM for three days and showed Steve how to operate and market the business. I was very up front about the fact that if you do not market the business it will not work. He let the domain name and corporate filings fall behind and by his own admission never sent an email to anyone. Then he wanted me to sell the business for him. He had run the business in the ground and then wanted to sell it. When I refused he expected me to buy it back. The way i see it is he should not have purchased the business if he did not plan on operating it.
