To update my report, I received copies of the contracts yesterday. The fraud only gets worse. The gentleman, Yen, who quoted me the contracts only gave me $700 for my trade was mistaken. They did give me the $1500 they originally promised. However, they sold us a $2000 warranty. They offered the warranty to us the very first day we were at their dealership. We very specifically said no. Black Hawk AutoPlex got my brother to sign the warranty agreement by leading him to believe that we were signing the same forms. I am amazed that they act as though they did nothing wrong. Let's see. We wanted to buy a vehicle, they sold it to my brother. They quoted us $13,995 and they sold it to him for $15,995. We said "No warranty" and they got him to sign the forms. The kicker is that they keep telling us that we can come back in a year and they will put it in my husband's name. What about that extended warranty that "we" are paying for that won't be transferred. Why would I go back and trust that they would keep their word next time. All together, we paid $18,908 for a $13,995 vehicle that only books for $14,200. We really didn't love buying from them like they guarantee.
