I bought maple flooringt from this scam company and they told me it would be delivered in 2 weeks. It didn't happen. Then I got the wood flooring and all over the boards the finished was scratched and peeling off. You could tell that the finish was defected. I haven't got a refund and I trusted the scum bags with their fancy marketing and they told me about other con men that existed in the hardwood industry, but they are the con men.
Don't buy from them, because they are a rip off.

I, Matt Freng am the owner of Black River Flooring Corp. AKA www.blackriverfloors.com on the internet. All Complaints on this FORUM are False. I am married with 2 children, our business is family oriented and very honest. None of the names of the respondents can be found in our files. The reports are obviously placed by competing companies that have been listed on the forum. These companies feel it is beneficial to themselves to make bad comments about a good company to make themselves look "less bad" We are aware of a couple of companies that have been scamming customers and have told their customers to lodge complaints as well as contact the attorney general. It is unfortunate that a forum like this can allow unsubstantiated claims to be posted. Rest assured...we are not a fraud and provide our customers with the best customer service available. We offer all of our customers the ability to purchase using a major Credit Card. A credit card offers you protection against fraud... If a company will not allow you to use a credit card for the entire purchase of flooring BEWARE!!!!!!
