On June 10th, 2009, my husband and I were looking online for an 'easy way to make money' - we had seen ads about blazing keywords on google and looked at the site, we did a week 'free trial' for 1.97 USD. Immediately after, my husband cancelled the account. We were charged 1 USD to our bank account (which was at <1 USD) for a transaction that would not go through. On July 14th, we were charged another 1 USD to our account for a transaction that would not go through for insufficient funds (again our account was at <1 USD). On July 15th, a charge of 72.21 USD for a point of sale at Supportkeywordsite.com. On July 16th, 2009 a charge of 38.34 USD for a Point of Sale to Grant Finders.
On July 16th, 2009 we called the phone number for BlazingKeywords.com and told the we did not authorize those charges. After speaking to 3 people - none of which knew English well - and being hung up on 2 times and refused allowance to speak with a supervisor or manager, we finally got to speak with a person ' in charge '. The man said our money was being refunded as we spoke, and blazingkeywords.com sent us a confirmation e-mail stating our account with them had been cancelled.
On July 18th, 2009, a charge of 72.79 USD was placed against our account from Supportkeywordsite.com. On July 19th, 2009, a charge of 38.65 USD was placed against our account from Grant Finder. After calling Blazingkeywords.com again, we recieved another confirmation e-mail saying our account was cancelled and the money would be refunded. The manager we spoke to (after about 2 hours of fighting with foreign women on the phone) refused to give us his ID number and gave us a fake name.
I have called my bank and cancelled my card, my bank account is negative 95.85 USD and I have no money to buy gasoline, food, or any other necessities for my children. I cannot believe a company can be so selfish and fraudulent.
