Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Nikola Blesich, Nick Blesich This man is dishonest and scam artist.

My story: I bought a car from this guy in April 2014. He used to owe to the bank for car, and bank held a title. So my credit was poor and we decide to leave car under his name and I suppose to make a payments to him or to bank straight.

I gave him downpayment. I paid for insurance and registration. But I never got reg(it was expired in June), because Nick had toll road tickets for $2200 back in March 2014 and never disclose them to me.

He missed a few car payments as well and hiding from me.

He was acting like a serious and successful guy when we meet. But right now he change his phone number (old one +1 (323) 527-2570) and his e-mail. So I can't reach him to be able to figure out what's up w this deal. I basically lost my $4000 for downpayment and $3500 for fixing that car in 4 month).

Just be aware that Nick Blesich, is not the honest person. He is very sweet and classy on start, but then he will mess your deal very hard. He was saying that he makes millions a year, showed me pics with him and some sport stars. He has some sport and entertainment company in Orange County.

If u need more info about him, or can give me more info( because I'm planing to sue him), please email me here.

Make sure u don't use his firm, he will rip u off

A class action?...... Brilliant, we have a real legal guru here.

This is getting beyond comical and I really have no time to continue with this game.

I bought a car from u. I never breach our contract.

But you, Nick, breached it. You never send me reg for car, because u have too many unpayed tikets. You missed 1 or 2 car payments.

You right now trying to suing me???? For what? Blackmail??? I wrote a true. I just said what u have to do by contract.

I did all payments like I suppose to by contract.  You just crazy, if you thing that 1% of your lie is true.

Btw if someone alse believes Nick more then me - then I have all evidents and witnesses.

I should file law suit against Nickola. And I will. So if someone want to help me, or some one was heart by him too. Please contact me, we can file class action against this person.

Alekey is the man who posted this against me, who also tried to extort and blackmail me through e-mail. Why would someone attempt to blackmail another person through email?

A police report has been submitted to the authorites and Alekey the authorities would like a word with you.

What you did is very serious and I will be moving forward and pressing charges against you to the fullest extent of the law. I'm not a hateful or revengeful person, but your actions and behavior have left me no further choice.

Alekey, you are still in possession of the car that I carry the loan on. Don't hide, I gave you several chances to correct and fess up but you choose not to respond. I sent those emails from the same email account you said I deleted, the same email account we communicated through since April.

Alekey, you brought my business into something that was not related to my business at all, trying to make me look bad. My attorneys will be handling all further action.

This is clearly a shot taken at me personally and not my business or work.

Alex could not get a loan for a car which I had for sale, I carried the loan (my mistake) with a $4,000 down payment on a $22,000 car. $2,000 was used to carry payments and $2,000.00 is held as a deposit.

Before taking possession of the vehicle Alex drove the car and was given every opportunity to have it inspected. Upon taking possession Alex was provided with the log in and password of where he was to made further payments.

After having the car 4 months, Alex says the car needed a repair. I provided Alex with the complete service records from BMW Beverly Hills.  I've carried a 22k loan already, why would I be responsible cover repairs also?

He also states there is toll road violations, I did travel on the toll road and my debit card was charged each time. With his statement of $2,200.00 in toll road charges equates to nearly 365 toll road violations in a few months.

I find it a bit comical that Alex said I was "hiding" in Newport Beach, yet he listed my company website that has two phone numbers listed on the first page and the contact page shows my address, email, fax, a MAP of my office, twitter, google + and instagram. If I was hiding it was a surpise to me.

Being called a scam artist is obviously a first and taking shots at my business is a new low but I've spoke with Alex about his accusations and he tried to get the post removed but this website does not remove posts.

I really don't have much else to say, I've been in business since 2008 without one complaint, certified by the NBPA, SAG/Aftra Franchised, Beverly Hills Bar Association Member and graduated law school with honors. I've learned a lot from this unfortunate experience and the impact this may have on my business.

Those who know me know my often straight forward honesty, my ethics and loyalty to my client's, my work, and those around me. Unfortunately, this site wants $2,000.00 from me for same "arbitration fee" to "investigate" the post.

I don't have hard feeling towards Alex, I'm upset and disappointed he did this and yes I strongly disagree with 99.9% of his statement.

I think it's sad that you feel the need to talk badly about someone online.

Our company has worked with Nick for several years and he's always been very professional and honest.

As you stated you bought a car from Nick (who isn't a used car salesmen) who then carried the car in his name because you couldn't get a loan? What a terrible guy!!! Who else would do that?

In the 4th month of owning the car you say needed repairs, why would that be anyones responsibility other than your own? Why would Nick or anyone else be responsible to pay for repairs made on a car that you owned for 4 months????

I think it's just sad that you feel the need to lie like this and potentially damage his name and business.
