They do not follow TV advertized pricing. Your find out when they ring you up. Call first and see if their pricing is correct than I will go and order. Too many timeS their 11 dollar special on TV cost 17 dollars +. The company should be responsible.

At one time this was a very trusted country and when things were done in stores they did them according to the main companies policy and advertising. Your right buyer beware! DON'T PAY! Good old USA going down the honesty Tubes. CHECK RECEIPTS ALSO AT STORES. I guess your saying don't pay if its not right but DON'T SAY ANYTHING!

The reason I filed two reports today is because I went to McDonald for their breakfast, NEW POLICY ALL DAY BREAKFAST, to get a breakfast at 12 noon and they said we don't serve the breakfast sandwiches all day. Even though the pic on the window is a sausage egg and cheese on bagel with Breakfast All Day written accross it. You can't get these sandwiches all day only breakfast tacos and stuff. That set me off. I went to The Taco Bell site which was not taking feedback since may. as they were doing an update. Made my comment and it still doesn't work or save the file. Your Blimpie place was put up because I sent them 3 letters and no response. I guess this is the Good Old NEW USA that you defend. New to real americans. Whatever!

If you like it your way where everone screws each other and takes no complaints keep it!

So the COMPANY is fault and should take responsibility all because YOU CANT READ??? Im NOT getting how this is a ripoff!!! All Im seeing is someone who doesnt read and doesnt use COMMON SENSE!!!!! Not every business is going to participate. They even state this in the fine print on the TV. AT PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS!!!! Just because YOU HAVE ASSUMED doesnt make THEM WRONG!!! That is just YOUR petty and selfish nature!!! get over yourself PRINCESS!!!! LIFE doesnt work the way YOU want it to. Sometimes YOU DONT GET YOUR WAY!!!!in THIS instance YOU ASSUMED!!! When YOU ASSUME you do so at your own RISK!!!! You can ALWAYS open that mouth and instead of stuffing food into it, ASK A QUESTION!!!! "Are you one of the participating stores on X deal?" Since YOU REFUSE to either READ or accept responsibility for YOUR MISTAKES at all, asking this question will allow YOU to STILL keep your head firmly attached to the inside of your colon AND find out if you get to take advantage of whichever deal is being shown on TV. Then MAYBE grow up some, YOU seem to think YOU can say whatever YOU want. The web doesnt work that way and YOU can be held accountable for WHAT you post online. Since YOU are NOT smart enough to use COMMON SENSE then YOU are NOT smart enough to cover your online tracks.

Are you serious?  This is your second post today about a fast food company; Taco Bell being the first.  As well with Blimpie, each Taco Bell location, if not all, is a franchisee and not owned by the actual company.  When you see a Blimpie, Taco Bell, XYZ, or some other commercial, it states that prices and availabilty are subject to change.  Granted it is in small print on the bottom of the tv screen, but it is in fact there.  First of all, you can see the prices on their menu board before you order.  Secondly, the cashier will tell you the order amount after you are done ordering.  If you are unhappy with the total, you can simply not pay.  It's as simple as that.  Granted, you won't get your food, but it is your right to say no thank you.  So it seems like that you just want to complain and moan just to hear the sound of your own voice.  It is not a rip-off if you agreed to pay the price.
