our normall processing time is 7-10 business days for orders to go through the system. The method of shipping has nothing to do with processing time.

Wow ! I can provide completed window coverings in less time than that ! It's a lousy little part and could be placed in an envelope in minutes if the system were set up right. I was hoping to use your company as my main parts supplier, but I can't wait 7-10 days for processing, plus waiting for shipping time. That's two weeks out !

This company processed my PayPal charge immediately, does not answer repeated phone calls, even when you leave messages. I sure hope their ownership gerts to read what their "customer service" agents do - or should I say what they do not do.
