Although infrequent, a product that is returned to us as defective and needs to be replaced is sent to an entirely different location from where orders are processed. It is not possible for a used toothbrush to be sent by mistake.
Further, Bling Dental Products never sends refurbished or used product. Our product line is sent brand new, never used and with tracking.
