I would like to respond by saying that we here at Bliss Lingerie are very sorry that you were dissatisfied by your experience shopping with us. It is our goal to provide all customers with high quality lingerie, as well as a positive shopping experience. We have thousands of satisfied customers who can attest to this!
In this case, the product being described is, in fact, an embroidered three piece set, which includes an embroidered robe, embroidered gown and thong. The photo on our website clearly shows that the gown is fully embroidered, and the robe has embroidery only on the sleeves. The product shown in the image is an exact representation of the product that we provided to the customer.
We do, of course, understand that when shopping online, it is difficult to know exactly how the product will look in real life. This is why we have a very lenient return policy. We would have been happy to accept these items back, and would have provided the customer a refund if she desired! This option was offered to the customer, and was refused.
As for the matter of the tights, I can assure you that we would never send out an item that had been previously used or worn. This is not something that we do! This seems to be a case of a factory error, which can happen, especially with delicate materials such as nylons. Factory errors are very rare, as we pride ourselves in carrying very high-quality products, but they can happen from time to time. Again, we would have been more than happy to rectify this situation by sending out an un-damaged pair or providing a refund.
Regarding the matter of shipping times: In order to provide as many quality lingerie products as possible, we sometimes ship from different warehouses throughout the country. This fact is clearly stated when a customer places an order. Occasionally, items can be on back order, meaning there will be a short wait for these items to come back into stock. This is a common practice for most online retail sites. If the customer is not satisfied with waiting for a product, we are happy to help them switch to an available product, or process a refund for the back ordered items.
Again, we are not happy to see any customer disappointed with our service, and we always work hard to find a solution that satisfies our customers.
