Here we go again folks. Sheriff Jimbo has done it again. It makes me wonder if he's in law enforcement or just a tool for the criminals who have taken over the Blount Republican Party.
Seems this time he has turned his sights toward trying to intimidate the elderly. This is an obvious "oppression" of free speech.
I wonder if the sheriff has ever read T.C.A. 39-16-403 which reads "Official Oppression - prohibits abuse of power by a public servant."
While he's at it, he should probably check out T.C.A. 8-47-101 which reads "Ouster Law - sets out conduct that is punishable by ouster from office, including misconduct in office and neglect of duty." Sheriff Berrong is the poster child for this one.

If you follow this link, you will quickly see that Sheriff Berrong is nothing more than a cowardly little rich punk who should have been taken out behind the wood-shed a long time ago.
He used to be one of the good guys but not anymore. I haven't had any respect for him since the Carl Koella COVER-UP.

We have laws to provide accountability for unforgivable behavior like this but our DA's Robert Headrick and Mike Flynn have absolutely refused to prosecute any of "their own."
What brought on this whole incident of the Sheriff trying to ILLEGALLY intimidate MR. McTigue was the fact that the sheriffs department was missing some 28 cars which were obviously given away to buy votes and make sure that the IMPORTANT people would always be on the sheriff's side.

I'm going to let Mr. McTigue know that I would be more than happy to follow him home to see that this situation never happens again.
I'm just curious as to why the Blount County Sheriff's Department only pulls this cowardice with old men and female journalists. Maybe I will donate a camera system to Mr. McTigue for his vehicle in case this may happen again.
I still can't fathom the depth of cowardice that runs through Sheriff James L. "JIMBO" Berrong and his quazi-sheriff's office. What a joke.
They don't have the ta's ta's to pull that crap with me. Dare ya, Jimbo you coward!

The BCSO has now resorted to escorting cowardly townsend cops on harassment duties. No doubt in mind that Jimbo had something to do with this but it actually worked out well for me in the end. we now have video proof that Bill Allen is a coward and has to have at least three BC deputies to excort him when he decides that he is brave and wants to pick a fight. This idot calls and say that he needed to talk to me. Then he started questioning me about loud music. The loud music spill then turned into an false accusation which is a blatent lie. Bill Allen actually accused me of shooting at him. Then we found out what the real reason for this harassment was: FREE SPEECH and telling the world about how corrupt and retarded our local police are. I'd like to sue the BCSO too for upholding such a coward in such a violation of law. I just can't believe how many people have called me over this situation. After reading all of the provided links about our sheriff, I have come to the realization that he is a very bad man and should be in prison. I had heard some rumors about the Carl Koella incident but didn't realize so many people had spoken out about it. Jimbo hs obviously tried to keep things pretty quiet in Blount County. After all, his party and family control the media here. Hopefully some day soon, somebody will bring him to justice.

If you follow the link to the actual state audit, there's only two logical assumptions to be made: 1)The sheriff of Blount County is a typical Lambert Hoard crook. AND 2)The county Finance Direct Dave "The Jewel" Bennett is not only inept but part of the problem. He's also the head of the Blount County republican Party. Figures, right? SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS and Down with the Lambert Hoard.
