On September the 1st 2016 Roger Boeger Representing Boeger Financial Services and on the behalf of Blue Chip Benefits Group located at 410 Archibald, Kansas City, MO 64111
Came to my Bedside at North Kansas City Hospital Cardiac Care unit located at 2800 Clay Edwards Drive North Kansas City, MO 64116
While undergoing a life threatening cardiac procedure which resulted in the placement of 5 cardiac stints now on the day in question I spoke with Bret Boeger of Lake Lotawana Address O-14 convicted drug dealer working with also known as Blue chip Advisors and also spoke with Roger Boeger of Blue Chip Benefits located at 410 Archibald, Kansas City, MO 64111 phone number 913 239 2355
on the Phone I Gave Roger Boeger of 18237 Mission Stilwell Kansas Boeger Financial Services and on the behalf of Blue Chip Benefits Group $10,000 In cash with the following stipulations
Bret agreed to the conditions on the phone and said that he and his Blue chip would take responsibility for the Investment if Roger did not fulfill the terms of the agreement
Roger said he and his company and personally guaranteed that I would receive $25,000 US dollars on September 25th 2016 that his company and personally guaranteed that I would receive the $25 thousand dollars before September 25th 2016 with a 100 percent guaranteed
And if for any reason that the $25,000 could not be paid in full that I would receive $1000 per week in interest added on to the $25,000 he said he was receiving millions in a the next 10 days
I asked for a receipt he said he would immediately send me one in the mail just as soon as he got back to his office to fill out the paper work he did not send me a receipt as of yet
I called them daily for months they said the investment is being held up by customs and the Interpol and then secret service it has been now a year since I gave them the money and still they have not paid one cent back
I have over a 100 electronic correspondents between Bret Boeger a convicted Drug Dealer Representing Blue chip advisors and Boeger Benefit group and Roger Boeger I can produce all electronic and voice mail to you for your investigators

They advised the Boegers to repay the money to me but the Boegers have refused to pay
This is not a case of he said they said I have all the voice mail and text from them to convict them with overwhelming evidence
