I am writing concerning my father that died 2-17-08 unexpectedly. He had a $4000 charge on his American Express and I asked him about it. He said the company was setting up a website, advertising, tv commercials..etc..First of all, sadly my father was in early stages of dementia. My mother, his wife of 48 yrs. had died one year earlier of alzheimers. My father was brilliant . Giving his credit card number over the phone was something he would NEVER have done unless there was something wrong. I spoke to Rob Mann..apparently he is the owner. I found him to be rude and insensitive . Where is this website ? all you sent to my father was a spiral notebook with the heading "cashing in on auctions". My father did not even know how to turn a computer on ! This was nothing but a rip-off and in honor of my father I will not rest until I get justice for him. I spoke to Mr. Mann at the beginning of the week.He said he would call me back within the next 2 days and maybe we could work something out. Yesterday I get a call from Gabe. He was calling for Mr. Mann explaining I could not get a refund. At first though, he said i could not get a refund for another year ??? The cowardly Rob Mann had no intention of working anything out. I am sure he lives a life of luxury at the expense of others. To all of the caretakers of the elderly, be aware of who they talk to and what they receive in the mail. People like rob mann love to sink their teeth into the vulnerable with the intent of raking in the money. How do you sleep at night mr. mann ?

I have made a horrible mistake. There was miscommunication between myself and Mr.Mann and I feel HORRIBLE that I have said anything to damage the reputation of Mr.Mann and his company. I was WRONG and I truly apologize. Before my father's death he was scammed too many times to mention. The sum total was around $50,000. When I saw the $4000 charge I automatically out of frustration and heartache thought this was one of those times. I was completely WRONG and Mr.Mann has every reasoned to be infuriated. I want to do whatever I can to make this up to Mr. Mann and his company. Even after the damaging things I said, Mr.Mann is going to give me a full refund . He is doing this out of kindness and compassion. I have begged for Mr.Mann's forgiveness and I hope he will one day accept it. I am truly sorry. lbl
