Ripped off by Blue Cross Insurence of TN. Stole $25.00 from my family
I was in a bad car reck in 1999. I had health insurence at the time of the reck. The insurence agreed to cover me to the end of 2001. After that I had to apply For health insurence again. Blue Cross of Tennessee is the only health insurence company that will right a denial letter for Tenncare. I have to get Tenncare because I am uninsrable due to the car reck. Blue Cross charges $25.00 for a denial letter. I sent in a applacation an $25.00 check an all my medical records. It was over 50 pages long. Blue Cross cash the check. But never sent the letter. At this time (Jan 16 2002) me an my wife an our 2 kids have no health insurence. An without the denial letter we can't get Tenncare. Blue Cross wonted me to send them another $25.00 check. For the same applacation I have already payed for. They claim they have never got the applacation in the mail. So how did they get the check. "DAAA" BLUE CROSS OF TENNESSEE could care less about Tennessee are anyone else form what I can see. They just wont your money.
