I have already indicated the complaint earlier

*They have a forever warranty, but the process by which they do their diagnostics really will not determine a leak coming from rain dropping vertically vs hosing the trailer for water leaks with a hose. I am currently to my wits end, and very tired with having to take my trailer to them AGAIN so they can tell me that it does not leak and there is nothing wrong with it. I have numerous photos to prove that what I am showing them is water and not anything else. I demanded that they open up the belly cause it could be mold ridden, and I just do not believe they have done so. They have extremely good employees. I like their service writer Todd. He is a good man and very responsive, like Shanna. But please someone please help me save my investment before I seek legal help.*

Manny RV dealerships do not like to do pre-delivery inspections before they sell them

Let's talk about the RV industry for a few minutes when RV dealerships receive new coaches from the manufacturer they are paid to do a pre-delivery inspection to make sure everything works and that includes checking the LP gas system for leaks before they place it on the lot for sale. Mini RV dealerships do not care if they sell you a coach with a bunch of crap that's not working because they do not want to pay their staff to do a proper RV pre-delivery inspection and many of the cases the RV dealerships are not willing to pay for qualified service technicians to do the job properly because it costs money and they don't want to spend the money to do that. Most RV dealership repair technicians do not even understand the expansion rate of LP gas let me explain the real numbers of explosive capability. When you have one liquid gallon of propane in a tank and you have a leak in the LP gas system that one liquid gallon will expand to 270 gallons of explosive Vapor once it is released into the atmosphere so given this information the expansion rate is one liquid gallon expanse 270 gallons of explosive Vapor once you release it into the atmosphere. now let's calculate some real big numbers. Let's say that you have 50 gallons of propane in your propane tank and you are ready to hit the road If you have a leak in your LP gas system that one tank that's filled with 50 gallons of propane will expand to 13500 gallons of explosive vapor .now think about the potential size of an explosion of 13500 gallons of explosive Vapor what will that do to your motorhome and things surrounding it that are sitting close by. Do you think that it's important to buy a motorhome that's had a proper propane leak detection test ???? Anyone that buys a motorhome and refuses to ask the RV dealership before they sign the paperwork to make the purchase make sure that the dealership shows you a pre-delivery inspection check sheet and a document that shows that the LP gas system does not have any leaks and it has the after the regulator pressure results.

Most RV dealerships do not hire qualified technicians because you do not want to spend the money to have them on staff and that puts you in your family and your friends at risk. So when you're happy about getting that new motor home just before you sign the documents in the finance department make sure you get copies of those documents and if they refuse to show them to you get up off of the chair and leave until them to go suck Canal water. don't give them a long bit of time to fabricate documents that they never actually perform the tests or the pre-delivery inspection.

Lawyers have hired me to come in and testify after reviewing all documents pertaining to an RV sale and they have me come in and testify in front of a jury and the judge as to what really happened as an expert witness If you buy a motorhome and you refuse to ask them to give you copies of these documents you are asking to get screwed but most people don't know anything because they refused to do any homework on the internet about the safety of LP gas system tests for leaks People refuse to go on the internet and do any searches about pre-delivery inspections to make sure everything works before you make the purchase not after So next time don't be an idiot make sure that you get the needed documents before you pick up the pen to sign anything that locks you into a contract Now do you feel like an idiot or a smart customer ????
