Christmas mountain village in wisconsin dells and it's whole organization is a rip off company making their money off of innocent people. My friend and I were in the dells with our children we were asked to attend a seminar or 1-2hrs in exchange for 4 tickets to mountolympus theme park

We attended and we had the salesman tell this story about the importance of family and how one should make a small investment for a lifetime investment, family bonding , time away from work, time to create lifetime memories that you and your family would remember for a lifetime.

thus far my family and i have not been able to enjoy anything. customer service sucks i've made several attempts to speak to someone live only to get voicemail after voicemail.

what happened to if you have any questions call us anytime we are here to assist with any concerns or questions you may have. i'm partly to blame for getting involved with any company that would tell me not to mention that i

have a husband. that should have raised the flag for me then, but no the sales consultant told me since my husband was not present i did not have to mention him. and foolish me i went along with her.

when arrived home my husband told me that the program was a gimmick and just a scam to make money off of me. by the time you pay them a monthly amount of $250.00 and a maintenance fee of 450. i'll end up

paying $ 3500.00 for a year not to mention i would still have to purchase air fare and that's only if i used the points if i don't use them its like i'm investing in the company with no return

my husband is right and i wish i would have done research before commiting to a 120 month contract. so far i've received 0 return on my investment, poor customer service, problems trying to access the system and no direct answer from anyone at bluegreen reorts.

bluegreen you speak how your company is growing and is one the leading companys in the industry. how long before more complaints about your company be made public and how long before the goverment finds out that you would have your sales associate knowingly falsify information

regarding ones marital status in order to obtain deals. I know that falsifying information as such may lead to problems for you and just maybe it i'll

be that someone to initiate such complaints to the goverment.

i only wish the cancellation days were greater than five days this would have allowed me time to go home and discuss this with my husband and the light to go on so i could cancelle with bluegreen.

do not buy from bluegrass, unless you want poor customer service, lies, a never ending nightmare and a vacation that never surface do to lack of information on their end and unsuccess in contacting someone who could

address your concerns not send you to website after website with a connection to a dead end, that's right no results. the company is a ripoff and needs to be investigated. Buyer beware. I've been in this nightmare for 5

months and have made vacations out of my own money not with this great company or their affilates. so it's like i brought into something that does not exist. have not been able to speak to anyone reagrding matters. but,

if i wanted to invest in more points i'm sur i'll get a reponse and so would you when you deal with them first go round after they get you to sign that paper

all live communications seize.
