After I was made aware of this report by a potential customer, we investigated the claim to see what could be done to resolve this matter. As it turns out, THIS CUSTOMER DOES NOT EXIST. We do not have any clients by that name ( either first or last names) with outstanding service issues. It appears as though a local competitor has falsified this claim to damage the reputation of the Virginia office. By going so far as to mention the area that both companies cover, as well as the competing company itself, it became quite evident that they are using this as a selling tool against us in their presentation. Our field supervisors regularly visit every site, and all calls are returned in a timely matter. It is unfortunate that someone has gone to this length to discredit another company without any recourse. While I find this site to be useful as both a consumer and businessperson, I only hope that ripoffreport.com remains diligent in their fact-checking so that this type of misleading information can be curbed. I would also advise to consumers to take what they can from sites such as this, while continuing to check into the business practices of the contractors that they are considering. The most reliable information can be found through local sources such as previous and current customers and the Home Improvent Commission for your state.
