i CALLED TO ORDER A LAPTOP FOR MY SON IN AUGUST OF 2008.
AFTER THE COMPANY TOOK OVER $1500.00 IN PAYMENTS DIRECTLY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT I WAITED AND WAITED FOR THE LAPTOP NEVER RECIEVED A THING. I HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON. I TRIED TO GET ON MY ONLINE ACCOUNT BUT IT EOULD NOT WORK! THAT IS WHEN I FIGURED OUT THAT SOMETHING WAS WRONG. I AM A SINGLE MOTHER AND ID O NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY TO GIVE AWAY. SOME HELP I DO NOIT KNOW WHAT TO DO, OR WHERE TO TURN.

After being fined repeatedly by state and federal agencies for not delivering computers as promised, Blue Hippo filed for Chapter 7 liquidation last November. Unfortunately, this means you're money is probably gone (which is not much different than before they filed for bankruptcy).
