Blue Hippo Funding Ripoff Currently under investigation by Feds Baltimore Maryland
I signed up with Blue Hippo after viewing a their TV commercial. I too gave them my account information. I never recieved their promised contract by mail. I made 4 attempts to have them mail it to me. I was told by several employees that they were backed up. Money was taken from my account without me even signing a contract. I cancelled my account with Blue Hippo and money was still withdrawn the following month. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The customer service was terrible. I called the CEO directly and spoke with Joeseph Rensin's secretary. She said she was not allowed to forward customers calls directly to him because she already got in trouble for doing so. I recieved a call back from their call center manager Sauel Sender. Sauel told me the program was non-refundable and I agreed to the terms. I understood the terms to be that I was supposed to recieve a packet and contract in the mail from them which needed to be mailed back. I never recieved it. I learned the Baltimore FBI is currently investigating this company. Don't give up your fight. Together we can stop these thieves.
