Blue Hippo I don't like being screwed over and lied to. Just give me the truth and answer my questions. Baltimore Maryland
We ordered a desk top computer back in Oct 2006. We made regualr payments for about 8months before I called to find out where the computer was- they gave me a hard b/c the account was in my husband name and not mine- so my husband told them to add me as a person to talk to in regards to the account- they said ok.
They told me it was being shipped it may take up to 12 weeks- so again we waited and waited- final after about 8 months the computer came- it was new but had built and the programs were older than we were told. We finished paying it off in Nov. 2007 and then called in Jan 2008 to find out when our free items would be arriving- they said they were being prepared to be shipped it would take about 12 weeks. So 12 weeks later we called back they told us another 12 weeks- each 12 weeks we were told 12 weeks. Oh and let me add that I had never been added to let account so I got a run around each time I called.
It is now Nov. 26th 2008 two years after we first ordered the computer (which we have had to get a new one) and we still have not recevied our free products and know one can tell me WHY?
This company may have started out to help people with no or bad credit but ended up taking advantage of those who have poor or no credit. I pray for the owner(s) of this company- b/c doing this kind of harm to people it BAD and WRONG.
I would like my free products and a refund for the sorry computer I paid so much for but my free products and an answer to WHY it took so long would be enough.
