On May 28, 2008 I signed a contract with Blue World Pools. I didn't have all the time to read and UNDERSTAND the contract. The people who sold me the pool was sitting there trying to talk to me and was talking to my husband. I did not know what all the stuff ment in the contract. I wish that I did now.

Blue World Pools kept calling my husbands cell phone leaving messages. Why did they not call my house number? That is the first number on the papers.

My husband finally called (he was out of state for two weeks) and told me to call to see what was going on. So I called and left a message.

Blue World Pools called (Mrs. K) and told me that I had to take this deal or the finance company would not accept us and that would mean we had to come up with our own finace company (go to our bank to see if we could get the money) or take thier deal.

The deal went like this. We had to pay another $2841.74 for a winter cover, a solar cover, a $75.00 gift certifacate and a 8 day 7 night cert. for a free hotel stay. And we would get a 52 inch pool instead of a 48 inch pool. (That is the depth of the pool) And the rails will be larger than what we would have on the original pool. We had to decide like right then. I told Mrs. K that my husband was in Nevada doing WLC School and she said she did not care. She would give me one day to contact him and I had to decide right then.

That was very hard because I could only leave a message on his cell phone and hope that he would get back to me. So I called them back and told them that I would go ahead and do the deal because they had me by the throat and I did not know what to do. So Mrs. K was very rude to me and I told her I wanted to talk to someone else. I had to talk to Kevin. He was nice, of couse because he wanted to make things right so Blue World Pools wouldnt' look bad (my thoughts). Kevin said that Mrs. Star would contact me.

So I got past that stage to just deal with this INSTALLATION STAGE.

I have called and called and called Blue World Pools to find out when my pool will be installed and that is where it seemed the problem. I waited for the call to have the date set for my installation of the pool. It never come. I called back and was told that the installer would contact me. I waited another week. I called again. That is where MS. N told me that my installer was Mr. H and gave me his cell phone number. I called. No call back. I called and talked with Mr. M at Blue World Pools. He would not give me any info until I told him that I knew Mr. H was my installer. Then he told me that Mr. H would be installing my pool and that he would call me back to let me know what was going on.

I called and talked to Mr. H. He said 14 customers was ahead of me and I would not get my pool installed until later at the end of July. He said he penciled me in on the 23rd of July.

They said that since Mr. H was so far behind that they gave me to a new installer and that he would be contacting me this week. I called Blue World Pools and Mr. S told me that what is happening is they just are not for sure.

I called again to find out and another man who I never caught his name and he would not tell me it after I asked for it, told me that he would call me back and he asked Mr. M if he knew anything about my installation.

Its July 16 and I called yesterday to find out about my pool. Mr. S said that what is happening is that Mr. H has to send my paper work back to Blue World Pools so that way the can send my paper work to the NEW installer and the New installer will contact me.

I really feel that I am getting the run around. Summer will be over soon and I will not get to enjoy my pool, but to just look at it in my yard and make payments on it.

Is there anything I can do now? I really need someone to help me out here.

Since I am sure that you have not yet signed any finance paperwork, you can cancel anytime. They may threaten you, but they have to remedy than to reimburse you the entire deposit. The cost of the ionization system is $199 anyday on the internet. I know they say that their is differrent, but they are not. Just last month a news investigator in the Ft Smith/Fayetteville TV Station ran a piece on their unscrupulous techniques. In fact that TV Station refused to air anymore of their comercials. If they continue to harass you, tell them that you will contact the Federal Trade Commission and the Arkansas Attorney General. And for that Kevin (Fisher) he is being investigated by state agencies for withholding employees money.
