First, how can you complain about BWP since you sold their limited above ground pools installed for $30,000! These 2 steel pools they sell I can buy all day for $1000 with a better filter for a 24' round and $600 for installation. In the range of above ground pools, they are not even top of the line and they sell only 2 pools in different sizes. If you are aware of this website, then you should have read the warnings about BWP before you contracted with them. In a few months they will do the same thing selling Thermo Spas up to $20k. They are just a father and son Marietta based sales company the seize real estate, abuse customers and sales people alike. There are numerous complaints and warnings about them. Since you sold these in Virginia, the last time I looked BWP is not licensed in this state, they use outside installation contractors to get around the law, but they as a business are required to be licensed and pay taxes here also, that is a way to go after them. Bait and switch deceptive advertising carries a class one misdmeanor and fine of $1,000 per incident. Since you were an independent sales contractor, what they instructed you to say or do, lays on your shoulders as it's your signature on the contracts, right? File a complaint with the Virginia attorney generals office in Richmond and their consumer fraud office. The pools you sold will be rusted out long before your customers pay off the interest alone if you care. Since contractors installed your pools, who will service them later?
