 I made an online purchase they paid it fine, the order WA cancelled by the store I ordered from the same day I ordered it due to stock issue, the store refunded my money and Bluebird customer service that took me hours to finally get through to, tell me I have to wait a whole 8 more days on top of the 3 days I waited to get my money back! I shouldn't be surprised any company affiliated with Walmart has terrible services just like they do! Don't waist your time!

I have bad news.

This normall accross most "Credit Cards" and "Debit Cards" for online purchases.

Mainly because this looks like fraud, or at least enough transactions like this are fraus so there is an intentional wait for every one to file fraud claims and the "Bank" (Leagaly) won't get stuck with the bill.

The "Bank" in question may suck, you may need your money, and people with long standing relationships may get better and less restrictive service, but at the end of the day technically a Ripp-off, more of an enormous annoyance.
