Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have a american express bluebird card and called them to ask a question, after asking all the usual security questions, they said my cell phone number was the same but was no longer linked to verizon, I explained I had switched to t-mobile and they said I will have to fax over my social security card before they can address any questions regarding my account. I said ok.

I then went over to my local gas station and my bluebird card was declined with a several hundred dollar balance on it. I called customer service an was told that after I has faxed over my soc.sec. card, it would be reviewed and after review I would have my funds back, if approved, in 48 hours. All this to ask a question that I never had the chance to ask. If you have one of these, run! dont walk to a atm and pay the fee and get your cash, if you dont have one, dont even consider getting one. I am a disabled veteran and I now can not even get to my hospital appointments because they have frozen my account. These guy make big money by freezing and using these funds during the "review" period. If a 100 thousand nation wide, and I will bet its more, get their accounts frozen, they have free use of our money for at least 48 hours. Its in their best interest to freeze accounts for any reason. Never again. I am going to buy a safe and keep cash.
