Bluebird American Express / walmart Have money in my bluebird account but won't let me access funds to shop for items family needs thought this was a good thing but had nothing but trouble . Held payroll check no Christmas Internet
Have nothing but problems with the new bluebird debit checking alternative offered at Walmart . Have been trying to use service since October , there have been some neglect on the corporate side holding your money sometimes 6 to 8 days . Not letting you use ATM when funds are available . I am lower middle class and really thought this may be a good thing . Will not recommend this service to anyone . Until American Express and Walmart get the customer management system worked out . Or do with out your hard earned money
