I was willing to let this drop but you keep it going. Deposits are non refundable if I didn't want the puppy. I never refused the puppy, YOU refused to sell her to me, I have all of the emails! Therefore keeping the money and the puppy is stealing, plain and simple. I don't know how much clearer that can be? I was willing to drive the 5 1/2 hours to pick her up. YOU refused. You cannot keep my money and the puppy to. My dogs have never been exposed to parvo. I will gladly give anyone who wants it my vets #. This is slander plain and simple. If I receive my money this week this is over. As long of course as Selena stops slandering me.

Amy is very much so over reacting. Her money was sent 6/16/07 this was the only day I had a way to send it certified so I know she gets it and signs for it!! I am sorry it too 1 week. But there is more to the story what Amy says. She had offered taking a pup in replace ment, she could not take in another pup for 6mon to 1yr because she has parvo. What would any resposiable breeder do. When Amy asked for her deposit back I never refused, I just didn't send it right when SHE SAID. Everyone knws deposits are non refunable but because I thought she been thru enough with vet bills from parvo, I felt bad for her. She also has pups listed for that have been exposed to it. She is lucky she is getting her deposit back.

i have dealt with bluebrook before she cares for all her dogs, and is a honest person. i have never been ripped off from her, and am a breeder myself, as most breeders know deposits are non-refundable. this lady also has dogs with parvo. she is dishonest on hoobly.com also.

Selena Fogle is a liar. She said she sent my money back so I thought all was said and done but I still have not received my money back. I am filing theft charges against her.

File a small claims case against them.

Ms. Fogle is sending my money back via postal money order. This was a misunderstanding.
